The_Vole heads to work the next morning, hoping that he wont run into that strange woman again.

He arrives at the Metacortex building in style, where his lofty responsibilities include delivering food to the programmers that work there.

The_Vole starts handing out everybodys lunches.

A Fed-Ex employee approaches him with a box in his hands.

“Thomas Anderson?”

“No”

“Very funny. Sign here please”

The_Vole opens the package and finds a cell phone which immediately starts to ring.

He answers the phone.

“Hello?”

“Hello, Neo. Do you know who this is?” speaks a quiet voice.

“Mum?”

“No Neo, this is not your mother”

“Oh”

“I’ve been looking for you, Neo. I don’t know if you’re ready to see what I want to show you, but unfortunately you and I have run out of time. They’re coming for you, Neo, and I don’t know what they’re going to do”

“Who’s coming for me?”

“Stand up and see for yourself. Look near the elevator”

“Oh sh*t, am I in trouble?”

“I can guide you out of here, but you must do exactly as I say”

“Okay, I’m listening”

“When I tell you to run, go to the office at the end of the hall…

Now, run!”

“Turn left Neo”

“No Neo, the OTHER left!”

“Left, LEFT!”

The mysterious Agents bind The_Vole by the hands and start leading him out of the office.

They pass by the restroom just as someone steps out.
