Sue and Ed were under a lot of stress with having three kids to bring up, so they turned to Guardian to do even more work around the house.

Guardian was having some trouble recharging. He would smoulder whenever he tried it.

And then something terrible happened. While cleaning the house he started to spark and crackle.

He had overloaded and his circuits were completely fried. Ed tried his best to fix him, and although he was quite handy with a screwdriver, his speciality was woodwork and not mechanics.

Sue was not happy. Without Guardian to help out, and with Trixie advancing in her years, they were going to have a lot of trouble.
